JD Fitness's mission is to bring a real and authentic experience to each client that comes through our doors. And nothing is as authentic as a person who is in flow with their masculine, feminine and spiritual energies. We feel that for any human being to be his or her best, one must have disciplines in place that trigger those energies.

Fitness Training
Personal TrainingHere at JD FITNESS we design each training program specifically to meet your personal goals, combining resistance, cardio, and high energy work-out programs with nutritional advice to get you to your goals.........FASTER! All sessions are approx 45 - 60 minutes long, and will be performed at my safe and secure storage unit conveniently located in Memorial city area.
Training sessions are from Monday through Thursday and Saturday according to schedule availability, Sundays are by appointments only. Pick your time and drop in any day during the week. Availability are subject to change
